I am T. O. Sebola, Nurse Administrator and Managing Director of Sérénity Senior Navigation & Care Academy, a senior placement and staff recruitment agency committed to transforming the caregiving landscape. Sérénity was built to address one of the industry’s most urgent challenges: the persistent shortage of qualified, reliable caregivers in Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs).

Our approach goes beyond traditional placement. We directly recruit, train, and prepare high‑quality caregivers, then connect them with RCFEs that need skilled staff. By strengthening the workforce at its foundation, we help facilities deliver safer, more consistent care.
