O. Sebola, Nurse Administrator and Managing Director of S\u00e9r\u00e9nity Senior Navigation &amp; Care Academy, a senior placement and staff recruitment agency committed to transforming the caregiving landscape. S\u00e9r\u00e9nity was built to address one of the industry\u2019s most urgent challenges: the persistent shortage of qualified, reliable caregivers in Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs).<\/p>\n        <p>Our approach goes beyond traditional placement. We directly recruit, train, and prepare high\u2011quality caregivers, then connect them with RCFEs that need skilled staff. By strengthening the workforce at its foundation, we help facilities deliver safer, more consistent care.<\/p>\n        <p>But we don\u2019t stop there.<\/p>\n        <p>S\u00e9r\u00e9nity follows residents after placement, ensuring their transition is smooth, their needs are met, and their care plans are upheld.
